Huge thank you to Nicole Blanchard and Grey's Promotions for allowing me to read an ARC of this novel.
Until Death follows Catriona as she tricks the mysterious and dangerous Aiden into marrying her instead of her younger sister. These two have history from a previous one-night stand (as told in the prequel novella, Little Death) and Catriona is determined to keep him away from her little sister. I really liked the chemistry and the dynamic between the two of them a lot. I liked the way that she acted as if she couldn't stand him as she slowly found herself falling in love with him. I liked that how much he commits to the "my wife" bit, the "WHERE.THE.FUCK.IS.MY.WIFE" scene had me grinning and kicking my feet.
The weakest part of this book in my opinion is that Catriona's little sister Elizabeth treats her poorly and doesn't want her to stop the marriage, so I didn't quite get why she so badly wanted it to be her. Like I get not wanting someone you slept with to be in an arranged marriage with your sister but tricking her into swapping places with you seems extreme.

Synopsis:
I never planned to be a mafia bride.
But when my sister is forced to marry Aiden O’Connor—the Irish mafia’s most lethal enforcer—to settle our father’s debt, I do the unthinkable.
I make him marry me instead.
Becoming his wife confirms all my worst fears.
He’s ruthless, possessive, and unhinged.
And now I’m his. To control, to punish, to keep.
Until death do us part.
When he takes his revenge in the dark, pinning me down, whispering filthy threats against my lips, making me beg when I swore I never would, one thing becomes terrifyingly
I may survive this marriage, but I won’t survive him.
My other posts about this author:
I think this is one I would like, but I wish the swap had been a little more believable/had more weight to it. That way her initial sacrifice feels worth it.
