What I Did:

Outside of holiday things, I did not do much this week. Wednesday (Christmas Eve), I went to my cousins and had dinner with family - it's always hectic but very nice to see them all. I then went and spent some time with a friend that was in town, she lives two hours away so I don't get to see her as much as I would like to, so it was lovely to sit a chat with her for a few hours. Thursday/Christmas Day, my little brother came over to my place and then we took the 1 hour and 45-minute drive down to our moms where we exchanged gifts with our siblings and had dinner - we also watched a couple movies and colored, so it was a very chill and nice Christmas. Friday, we got freezing rain which was not fun at all and made my drive into work a bit treacherous. Saturday, I worked a short shift and then did some shopping.

What I Read:

Anytime not mentioned above was spent with my nose in a book. I finished an ARC of Fallen by Ashley Warren (3 Stars) and an ARC of Hawk by JL Quick (3 Stars). I read Xander's Mate by Meg Ripley (3 Stars) to finish my 2025 Alphabet Challenge. I also read Say My Name by Jenika Snow (2.5 Stars), One Night With The Werewolf by Lyonne Riley (3 Stars) and finally, I did a reread of Tough Guy by Rachel Reid (3 Stars).

What I Checked Out From The Library:

None - Missed my weekly trip to the library due to their holiday hours. 

Books I Bought:

None.
