Sunday #41

The Sunday Post is a blog news meme hosted by Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on your blog for the week ahead. Join in weekly, bi-weekly or for a monthly wrap up.

The Sunday Salon (hosted by ReaderBuzz) is a place to link up and share what we have been doing during the week. It's a great opportunity to visit other blogs and join in the conversations going on there.

What I Did:

Tuesday, I voted in a local special election and the person I voted for won by a landslide so that was nice. Wednesday, I went to my local library. Thursday, I stopped at a local indie bookstore and then played Baluders Gate 3 with a couple friends for a few hours. Friday, I had dinner with my younger siblings and then we went and did 2 escape rooms back to back.

What I Read:

I finished The Sacred Space Between by Kalie Reid (5 Stars), A Good Demon is Hard to Find by Kate Moseman (2 Stars), Her Troll Defender by Jilli Waters (3 Stars), The Art of Avoiding Your Werewolf by Lola Glass (3 Stars), From Bones to Moans by EM Ashwood (3.5 Stars) and The Ending Writes Itself by Evelyn Clarke (3 Stars). I also started The Sun and The Starmaker by Rachel Griffin.

  3. You read a lot of books last week! I go to my library almost every week, but I mostly request books and pick them up. I often forget to browse and see what's new!

  4. What a fun day --gaming, dining, escape rooms. You sound like my daughter who loved to play games and is very good at getting out of escape rooms!
