The Sunday Salon (hosted by ReaderBuzz) is a place to link up and share what we have been doing during the week. It's a great opportunity to visit other blogs and join in the conversations going on there.
What I Did:
Monday, honestly, I called into work and took a mental health day - it was the anniversary of my dad's death and when I woke up that morning it hit me hard so a day of quiet was needed. Wednesday, I headed to my local library for the first time in a few weeks. Friday, I did my grocery shopping. Saturday, my friend held a movie award show on Twitch so I spent my evening watching that.
What I Read:
I finished Fundamentals of Being A Good Girl by Julie Murphy & Sierra Simone (3 Stars) and Storming His Heart by Nicole Blanchard (3 Stars). Worked on We Should All Be Birds by Brian Buckbee, Moniker by Wrenna King and treated myself to starting a reread of Salt Kiss by Sierra Simone.
What I Checked Out From The Library:
I had two holds waiting for me at the library: A Box Full of Darkness by Simone St. James and Her Time Traveling Duke by Bryn Donovan.
Books Added To My Collection:

It's good that you were able to take the day off. *HUGS* My week was busy and we had two storms push through. But today it is 55 and there is some melting!
ReplyDeleteSometimes we all just need a little time off. I'm glad you got to rest and relax.
