HoHoHoReadathon Check In / Mini Reviews
The HoHoHoReadathon is my first time participating in a readathon with other people so I thought it would be fun to do a little check in of what I read during the first week especially since I might not find time in the holiday season to fully review these books.
Reading:
Good Spirits by BK Borison | 4 Stars | I loved almost everything about this book. I related a lot of Harriet as she struggles with no longer being the type of person that goes along with what her family wants for her. It was really the ending that threw me off as it felt too easy.
When The Snow Settles by Rachel Laberge | 3 Stars | While I really liked the book that this novella is following, I didn't find this to be the most necessary or needed for the plot line between the couple.
A Pack For Winter by Eliana Lee | 3 Stars | This why choose omegaverse was very cute. I feel like all the why choose omegaverse I've read feature one of the guys feeling out of place and I really appreciate that this book didn't go down that route. It was amazing how Rome and James welcomed Logan in and helped him.
Challenges:
Twelve Days of Bookstagram: I have been majorly slacking with the 12 Days of Bookstagram challenge, only posting Day 1 - Your First Read. I plan to gather some books and take some pictures this weekend though.
LisaLovesLiterature Holiday Book Scavenger Hunt : For the scavenger hunt, I submitted You're a Mean One, Matthew Prince for the santa hat catergory as that is my current read. I look forward to trying to find more of the items as I continue my holiday reading.
